Pleasant stay - so many convenient amenities to enjoy! Plus, being just minutes away from Ceramic Road and Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre, I had plenty to explore. Who doesn't love a little hair on the floor and the thrill of uncertain cleanliness?

Rooms at the hostel are fitted with air conditioning, offering a cool sanctuary from the bustling streets of Hanoi. During my stay, I experienced the utmost comfort and coziness, as if I were floating on a cloud.

Lighting in the room was limited and could only be accessed through the bright ceiling lamps.

I keep coming back to this hostel because the staff helped me with my luggage. It has Wi-Fi, electric kettle, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. It suits me perfectly. Can't wait to return for New Year!

I had a really nice stay in this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, with everything I needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful, providing me with all the information I needed to get around this city. The location was great too, conveniently located near restaurants and attractions.

The shower was great and very modern. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The location was excellent, close to popular attractions and easily accessible by foot. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The noise level was much too high, especially in the morning when travelers hope to sleep in. the lack of cleanliness was unacceptable, with hair all over the floor and a general feeling of uncleanliness.

The rooms at this hostel are spacious, clean, and comfortable, like your own little apartment. the bathroom is a relief compared to others we've experienced. the hosts, even though they don't speak much English, are incredibly helpful, using an electronic translator to assist us. They looked after our bags while we traveled, provided an efficient washing service , and sent us pictures to help us find the hostel tucked away down a quiet alley. we highly recommend this place and will stay here again when we're back.
